Zach joined the firm in 2018 after completing two clerkships at the Superior Court of Guam under Hon. Linda L. Ingles and Hon. Michael J. Bordallo. Zach's primary work is in Corporate Formation and Governance. While he is active in most practice areas, he is instrumental in due diligence projects for commercial transactions and crafting briefs at the administrative, trial court, and appellate levels.
Raised on the island, Zach graduated from Father Duenas Memorial School in 2009. As a Presidential and USD Scholar, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego in 2013 with a Bachelors of Arts in History and a Minor in Theology and Religious Studies. As a Dean's Honor Scholar, he graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Diego Law School in 2016. During his time as a student, he served on the San Diego Law Review and received the CALI Award in Torts. As a Price International Scholar, Zach studied International and Comparative Law at the Ramon Llull University ESADE Law School in Barcelona, Spain.
Zach also serves in the JAG Corps as a First Lieutenant in the Guam Army National Guard. Zach is a member of the Young Men's League of Guam, and is the youngest baord member of the Father Duenas Memorial School Endowment Foundation and the Millennial Brotherhood Scholarship.
