Biography

Nicholas "Nick" Ennis is an Associate at the firm's Guam office. He joined the firm in 2022 after completing clerkships at the Superior Court of Guam under Honorable Elyze M. Iriarte and at the Massachusetts Appeals. His practice includes a range of matters including commercial/civil litigation, business formation, corporate law, real estate, bankruptcy, administrative law, and probate.

Nick was born and raised just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Arts in History where he also served as the President and Captain of the Boston University Club Ice Hockey team. Following his undergraduate studies, Nick graduated from Boston University School of Theology with a Masters of Theological Studies with a concentration in Religion and Conflict Transformation.

As a Dean's Honor Scholar, he graduated Cum Laude from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he served as Publication Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review, worked on immigration and civil rights cases with the law school's Civil Justice Clinic, and received the Distinguished Scholar Award in Bankruptcy. Nick also served as the Vice President for the International Human Rights Society, Co-founded the Quinnipiac Law Ice Hockey Club and served as the team's first captain.
